Post: 五天的Meisner課程，像是經歷了一場很刺激的雲霄飛車，活在當下，沒有任何的批判，專注在觀察對手、感受對手還有傾聽對手，這種感覺真的是非常的美妙，從小到大生活環境還有社會帶給了很多的約束，這個不能說這個不能做，這個是錯的⋯⋯就像是洋蔥一樣把自己一層一層的包起來，但在這裡我們丟掉所有的社交行為，只跟隨自己的直覺，說任何你想說的話，表達任何你想表達的情緒，沈浸在情緒裡，真實的去做自己。
The five-day Meisner course was like an exciting rollercoaster ride, living in the moment without any judgement, focusing on observing the other person, feeling the other person and listening to the other person… It was a wonderful feeling.
